At least there was a bed in which I could sleep. Last four of ten times I booked in booking.com I couldn't sleep in the place as they said they don't work with booking no more. No apologies from booking.com, no devolution of any money after paying ,no help with finding any other option. To be honest no customer service from booking.com AT ALL. Very bad way of treating customers using your service for 20 years. Sad to see such a big company full of SCAMS. I won't be using booking.com till they apologize and compensate their mistakes and lack of attention.

All the staff here were brilliant and helpful. Great communication skills and advice when asked. Issues are efficiently sorted. I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom, repaired within a few hours. Swimming pool was great. Location excellent for local bars, shops and restaurants. Not far from brilliant beaches - if you have transport. Rooms are neat, cleaned every day with fresh bedding. It felt safe and secure. Excellent value for money! I stayed 22 days.

Close to the pier, if you want to get there. Veryclose to a very good massage place (Ked) and scuba diver school (kiwi). Very far from Phuket city if you want to spend time there, you need a taxi, but there is a frequent traffic jam, so might take a lot of time, so depends on where you want to be, if location is good or bad

Pool was great, fresh pool towels every day. They let us chill by the pool before we checked in. Room was spacious and clean, really nice. Was close to a coffee stall and not too far from 7/11. There was restaurants and bars close by. Cab ride away from beaches and markets.
